Being “A” Symmetrical isn’t all that bad.
How many times have you been told that being “A” symmetrical was bad. That we must correct imbalances to perform optimally. First you must understand how the imbalance pertains to function. There is a difference between imbalances in anatomy and imbalances in strength and mobility. Take cycling or speed skating for example. It would be a bad thing to correct the imbalance of size anatomy. Having equal upper body size that matches the lower body would be counter productive. Functional strength and performance is first and foremost. Muscles must be trained for optimal strength for the purpose.
