There is specific information which needs to be collected and analyzed. “A problem well defined is half solved”. Too many people stay on the same program for too long and wonder why they are no longer experiencing improvements in their fitness level.

I develop a customized plan (working within your schedule and budget) which will ensure success. My philosophy is “leave no stone unturned and allow no one to fail.”

We can focus on fat loss, work capacity conditioning, muscle-conditioning, flexibility or a combination of all of these depending on your goals and needs. I make my clients’ sessions as individualized as possible, effective and lots of fun!

Personal Training has become a very popular service with many people experiencing results such as a decrease in body fat and an  increase in muscle mass therefore, demonstrating its value. When we begin, you can expect regular education, support and guidance. I will hold you accountable – it’s nice to know you always have someone looking over your shoulder. If it was just a matter of hard work, many more people would be successful. The “no pain, no gain, philosophy is not entirely true and actually can be counterproductive. We will train hard at times but most importantly we will train smarter.
